For almost 20 years I have carved my own path in the wellness space. First as a yoga teacher and health coach, hustling my way from 1:1 and group classes to corporate gigs, then as an acupuncturist in private practice in New York City.

Things you might be wondering before saying YES to the Expand Online Intensive
Applications are now being accepted for our January cohort. Once you join you'll get immediate access to the entire course and all the modules. The first coaching call will most likely be the week of the 18th (exact date and time TBD based on everyone's schedule).
The content will be released to you immediately and you'll have access to all the modules and bonuses via the learning portal which can be accessed on desktop or via the app.
While you can engage with this course as you please and take it more slowly, my goal is for you to get through the content without burnout or overwhelm AND have a finished product at the end of the course. I want to get you to the finish line, and having launched many courses I find this is best accomplished by completing the assignments in each lesson sequentially rather than passively consuming the material.
Past participants who integrate the material as they go, complete all assignments and attend the weekly coaching calls have massive success at the end of 12 weeks! Most have been able to create, launch and monetize their offerings and more than recoup their investment in the program.
Oh! And you have the material for life, so I expect you'll revisit the content when you need a refresher or when you are ready to make your next offer and round out your product suite.
