UP-LEVELING
Whether you’re new or aspiring, you will learn how to show up online with integrity, create virtual offerings to support your existing clients on their healing journey, and attract new clients to your brand through soulful social media strategy. Each week's video lessons focus on an area of mastery to ensure that you are building confidence and skills in all the relevant areas: social media, sales, content creation, promoting and launching your services and tech know-how - all while developing your unique voice and finding your niche in the online space for long term expansion.
MENTORSHIP

Hey there! I'm Oceana.
For almost 20 years I have carved my own path in the wellness space. First as a yoga teacher and health coach, hustling my way from 1:1 and group classes to corporate gigs, then as an acupuncturist in private practice in New York City. While I have always loved my 1:1 work, I was on the energetic and financial roller coaster we all know too well. When my schedule was full I made decent money but was energetically drained.
